Looking for something new and fun? Are you interested in learning more about how to play Ultimate? It is a fast paced game with a strong emphasis on sportsmanship and having a good time. No contact, but plenty of running and jumping. No experience required.
ABF is pleased to offer a Fall 2020 Ultimate workshop. Several one-hour sessions will be held on a selected weekday afternoon, however planning is in progress. Please check back shortly for details and to regester.
Participants will be learning and practicing the throws and catches used in Ultimate, reviewing the rules and playing to the extent permitted by regulation. Players will be divided into two groups depending on age/skills. No prior experience or equipment is needed. Soccer or hockey shoes are suggested if readily available.
