KNVB Registration Cards and Transfers=> Registration Update: => KNVB Season 2011/2012:
First Training : Wednesday 24 August 2011 First Matches : Saturday 27 August 2011 Indoor Trainings on Wednesdays from 26.Oct.2011 till 29.Feb.2012 and on Thursdays from 27.Oct.2011 till 01.March.2012 Last Matches : 12 or 19 May 2012 Last Training : 16 or 23 May 2012 Transfers to other clubs for 2011-2012 will be treated from 13.05.2012 till 15.06.2012 => KNVB Player's Cards KNVB players need to be in possession of a KNVB card, in order to participate in KNVB organized matches. In plain Dutch "Geen Spelerspas, Geen Spel" Players should provide the following information: Full Name Address ( Street, Number ) , City , Postcode Nationality ID number (residence card or passport) Date of Birth Place of Birth Please, e-mail these data to Abraham Serbetsoglou at soccer@abfsport.nl. Additionally, ALL 1(men), B, C and D players should bring along a passport photo (hard copy 4.5cm x 3cm). KNVB players with KNVB cards from last year do not need new ones. KNVB players with KNVB cards from other clubs need to ask for a Transfer form (See below for details). => Late Registrations for Players Since the ABF is a club with expat members, we know that people arrive in Holland in the middle of the school season and the KNVB soccer season. Late registration (i.e. after closure of the ABF registration) is possible; it should, however, go through the VP of Soccer. The player, after paying his dues, can join the training with the appropriate Team. When the Team Trainer thinks the newcomer is fit, he will inform the Team Manager and the player will be placed in a Team for KNVB games. => Late Registrations for Teams Late registration for teams (i.e. after the school soccer program finishes) is also possible; it should, however, fulfill the following requirements: 14 players should register per team; a parent Team Manager should volunteer for the Saturday matches; the team has to provide a linesman per match; the team has to provide a referee per home match; after completion of the above,the VP of Soccer will register the new team with the KNVB and assign a professional coach for the training. This procedure has as deadline the end of September 2012. => KNVB Dispensation forms Players playing in a lower age division need to ask for a Dispensation form. Deadline for such a procedure is 01 September 2012, with the exception of newly registered player. => KNVB Tranfers Transfers to or from another club are possible. 1. Players Coming to the ABF (no fee): ABF completes the transfer form, the player completes it and takes it to his previous club for further completion, the previous club returns the old KNVB card to the player, ABF posts all papers to KNVB. 2. Players registered for the 2011-2012 season leaving the ABF (no fee): new club completes the transfer form, the player completes it and takes it to the ABF for further completion, ABF returns the old KNVB card to the player, new club posts all papers to KNVB. Transfer window for 2011-2012 is defined by the Last KNVB Match (May 2012) and the deadline for Transfers (15.06.2012). Any further request will be charged by an administrative fee of 35 euros payable to the ABF, and there is no garantee that the KNVB will accept such a late request for transfer.
The ABF bank details are: 3. Players registered for the 2010-2011 season leaving the ABF (35 euros fee): new club completes the transfer form, the player completes it and takes it to the ABF for further completion, ABF returns the old KNVB card to the player, new club posts all papers to KNVB. Free Transfer window for 2010-2011 was completed by the deadline for Transfers (15.06.2011). Hence, this request will be charged by an administrative fee of 35 euros payable to the ABF.
