Under 6 Teeball (U6) is an entry-level baseball program for kids aged 5 or 6 with beginner skills. A soft safety ball and a batting tee are used. Parent Volunteer areas: Admin; Canteen; Coach; Ump; Grocery purchase; Comms; Party org; game-day payments
Tee-ball is for boys and girls ages 5 - 6 with beginner or basic skills. Games are played in the Dutch, KNBSB League. Games take place on weekends, with 'away' games typically within a 25km radius. Practices take place once a week, after school.
Practices will start in early March with games beginning in April and continuing through the middle of June. Following the summer break, the Fall season commences, running from mid August through the end of October.
Registration fees the cover the facility usage/maintenance fees charged to ABF (70%); KNBSB participation, umpiring and new equipment expenses (20%); Liability insurance, club administrative costs i.e. website, payment portal and bank charges (10%).
